Readers of the site

Storink requires no sign-up, sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses.

• Anonymous audience statistics: device type, referring page, episode, language and pages read. Visitors are counted with a one-way daily fingerprint that changes every day; it cannot identify you.
• A random session identifier stays in your browser for the life of the tab, and your reading position is stored on your device so you can resume. This data never leaves your browser.
• Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in measuring the audience of its publications.

Social networks

Storink publishes its comics on its own accounts and pages (X, LinkedIn, Instagram) through the official interfaces of these services.

• Storink keeps only the access tokens needed to post on its own accounts, on a protected server.
• Storink does not collect, read or store any data about members of these networks: no profiles, followers, messages or comments.
• No data is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Hosting and processors

• Hosting: Railway Corporation (United States).
• Text and drawing generation: OpenAI (United States). Only public news articles are sent to it, never reader data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of data about you. As Storink's data is anonymous, most of it cannot be linked to a person.
